I was planning a 9 day safari to Mara, Naivasha, Tsavo East and Watamu for Christmas 2017 and new year with family. I contacted John albeit late (early Nov 2017) and he was very accommodating, professional and available. What was impressive was how (given the short notice) he wasn’t in a hurry to book a random place for us but made sure he met all our specifications. The planning process is smooth, fast and you can trust him to make good judgement. I should also add that even though you know that he has other trips to plan, you can’t tell because he makes the conversations so warm and personalized and it’s like you are the only people he is planning a trip for….(hope it makes sense). The agency is also very transparent and so no drama while making payments, inquiries etc.
NB: I really enjoyed the hotels, my stay, the driver assigned to us….I recommend planning a trip with Cheetah Revolution Safaris because I will again in the future!
